General Rule

Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once successfully processed and allocated to charitable activities.

Eligible Review Cases

A refund request may be reviewed for a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, a failed transaction that was nevertheless debited, or a confirmed technical error.

How to Request

Contact us promptly with the donor name, date, amount, transaction reference and reason. Do not publish complete payment information publicly.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the time required by the bank or payment gateway.

Event or Sponsorship Changes

For planned celebrations or sponsored activities, cancellation and rescheduling depend on purchases already made and operational commitments.
